The Nebraska
Clean Indoor Air Act of 1979 and the Omaha Smoke-Free Ordinance
provides protection of your rights to clean air at your place of work,
as well as other businesses where you are a customer. In most cases, if
you smell smoke, one or both of these laws are being broken. If you
feel that your rights are being violated, please contact GASP for more information.
